It is a condo, so the apartments condition can vary a lot. The one that I´ve used was simply outstanding. No complain at all !!!! All instalations new and clean.

We were very pleasantly surprised with how well set up & beautiful the location was. The accommodations were also much nicer than we expected for the price -- everything about our trip was fabulous!

Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset from our condo balcony, easy walk across the street to a great Kihei beach, walking distance to restaurants. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Pools on grounds are very small but nice and clean. Landscaping is very pretty.

The bed left something to be desired...old sheets, noisy headboard that shook every time we turned over. The toilet was either stained (black streaks on inner sides) or just not clean when we got there and the shower was not very clean and the shower head was old and had very low water pressure. Definitely should be upgraded for the price they're charging.

Very pleased with location, walk to beach and many good restaurants. very central as well for local drives to various beaches, shopping etc within 10 - 15 min drive.

Room was clean but very basic (which was fine for us) so not inviting in terms of our wanting to hang around the room (which was also fine as we were always out).

Close to tte beach and beautiful garden around.

Pools are closed to early in the evening (at 9pm). I prefer them to be open till 11 pm.

Everything about my stay at the Maui Vista would have been excellent,especially all of the nice little tropical touches included in the unit. The owners seemed to provide many little extras. However, there was one major problem. There was no internet connection. That put a major damper on my vacation, especially since my main residence is in England and I could not stay in touch with my family and friends like I had intended to do. So, for that reason and that reason only, I would not return. However, if it had had the connection, I would have been completely satisfied and would definitely return. Without the internet, I would not stay there again. Such a shame!!

Very Clean, well outfitted condo. Great location right across from one of best south beaches.

Had issues with cleaning staff showing up day early to kick us out, then early again on day of check out.

-condo itself was superby renovated and very comfortable to live in -building designs and spacious walkways were well thought out -clean pools and neatly manicured grounds added to the appearance -close proximity to the beach and street shopping was appreciated -RW (concierge) was informative and a wonderful source of information/advice with no pressure -ample parking provided us with stress-free beach days - weather conditions and ocean view were spectacular

Convenient to everything. Easy access to Piialani Highway, etc. We have stayed at Maui Vista before and would like to stay next January for a few weeks.

The complex does not have even 1 hot tub. The 3 pools are really small. One large pool for the entire complex would be better than the bathtubs you call pools.

Good location to beach , restaurants & shopping.

It is an older unit that has not had much tlc. Peeling paint, rusted shower curtain rods, and no cold water in upstairs shower . Very small bathrooms and only 2 sets of towels in bathroom( not enough to last a week).
